Renee's Lotus Birth

We gave Renee a Lotus Birth, which means we never cut her cord and instead allowed it to separate on its own time. At five days old, she was Lotus Born. The next day we did a lotus flower henna design around her brand new belly button.

This has got to be one of the cutest pictures ever. I can't believe -I- took this picture, and not Keleigh.

This is on the ice in our community, we were out with a bunch of friends while Momma & Baby Renee were sleeping.

Renee Joyce

At 6:16 on the morning of the 17th, Keleigh gave birth to our daughter Renee Joyce. She was born at home, in the water, into her Momma's hands. Both are doing very well. Big sister Marion and big brother Henry are getting to know her.
