My Cowboy Computer
My PC is currently turned off (I'm writing this on the Mac), and yet, there is very quiet country music coming from the speakers. I thought it was coming from somewhere else (a neighbor, perhaps) but when I adjusted the volume, the sound went away. I put my ear right next to the speaker, and it's definatly coming from the computer speakers.
I can hear the DJ now. Wacky. Some kind of radio interference.

Maybe your computer picked up a spirit on it's trip across town to ii's new home and now it is haunted by an old country music fan! Oh you lucky dog!
It wouldn't be terrible if it was old country music, but this is that new "I'm not half as cool as Robbins and Cash" kind of country music.
Perhaps your Halloween trick?
