Four Years

Yesterday was my four year anniversary, and geez, has four years changed things. Where once there was Keleigh and I, there is a family of four. (Hey, four in four years, I don't think we're gonna be able to keep that pace for long.) When we were married, I had no idea what I wanted to do professionally, and now I've found what I was looking for in fathering. Keleigh was just headed into graduate school, and now she's moving up in the research world. We moved into a tiny apartment right after the honeymoon, and now, we're in a great house.

Yet, some things haven't changed. Keleigh makes my life better today, just as she did four years ago. I trust my wife, I love my wife, and I'm lucky to have found her. There are a lot of people still searching for the one that they love, and I feel very greatful that I don't have to deal with all the games of seeking. I very much prefer the game of married-love.

Four years ago I made it known to the world that I was going to spend my life with Keleigh, and today, I'm even more pleased with the choice than I was that day.
